My work has taken place across several institutional settings, including military, aerospace, legal, and health systems. What has stayed constant is a practical question. How does a person remain effective as the scope and complexity of their responsibilities increase? That question becomes more difficult over time. The structures that support early performance do not always scale. At some point, further progress depends on how a person organizes their attention, judgment, and action. This site is an effort to examine that problem in a more systematic way. It draws on research and experience, with a focus on what holds up in practice.
